Welcome to Serenity. These terms govern the use of our management platform for care homes. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
1. Service Description: Serenity is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides operational, clinical, and financial management tools for care homes. The service includes resident management, electronic medication administration (eMAR), vitals monitoring, billing, shift management, supply control, and an inspection center, among other modules.
2. Accounts and Access: The organization administrator is responsible for creating staff accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and all activity performed under their organization's credentials. Serenity is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard credentials.
3. Trial Period: New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the service.
4. Plans and Billing: Serenity offers monthly plans (Basic, Professional, and Enterprise). Payments are processed through Stripe. In case of non-payment, a 7-day grace period is granted before access is suspended. Suspension does not imply data deletion.
5. Referral Program: Each organization receives a unique referral code. When successfully referring another organization that subscribes to a paid plan, both organizations receive a discount equivalent to 1 month of subscription. This benefit applies once per referred organization and cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. Acceptable Use: The user agrees to: (a) enter accurate and up-to-date information, (b) not use the platform for purposes other than managing their care home, (c) comply with local health data protection regulations, (d) not attempt to access data from other organizations.
7. Limitation of Liability: Serenity is a management tool and does not replace professional medical, legal, or administrative judgment. The organization is responsible for clinical and operational decisions made using information from the system.
8. Modifications: Serenity reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
